KidSafe Program
New Jersey Youth Soccer requires that every coach (including assistant coaches, trainers, managers) both volunteer and non-volunteer and every volunteer complete an Employment/Volunteer Disclosure Form and have that form on file with their club. This requirement is part of the NJYS KidSafe Program.   For details of the program, click here.

2008 Membership Form
All coaches, assistant coaches, division commissioners, committee chairpersons, and executive board members must complete the membership form.  Click on the link above to download the form.

2008 Sponsor Application
Click on the link above to download the sponsorship application.  Sponsors have their names on the shirts our players wear, and will receive a player shirt, team photo and plaque at the end of the seasons.  Sponsors are also welcome to attend the photo shoot with their team.  You may email Kevin Meara, HTRSA Sponsorship liaison for more details!

2008 HTRSA Constitution and By-Laws (NOT ACTIVE)
The 2008 constitution and by-laws is available to all HTRSA players, parents, coaches, and executive board members.  All persons involved with the HTRSA must review this book.
