Volunteer Coaching Requirements

Coaches must fill out a Kid Safe form, a USYS Membership form, and MUST be fingerprinted. If you've been fingerprinted later than last 2 years, it must be done again.. If you have NOT been fingerprinted for a Hamilton Township sponsored sport, you MUST be fingerprinted before coaching. If you have any questions contact Judy from the recreation department @ 890-4028.
